Schedule The conference starts on Monday with registration from 5pm and a drinks reception at 6pm. The main conference input will be 9.30am-4.30pm on Tuesday to Thursday. The AGM will be on Wednesday afternoon with the conference meal in the same evening. Thursday will also be the LLU+ 7th National Numeracy Conference. Famous names : Michael Faraday, Florence Nightingale, Charles Babbage, Alice Liddle, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Isaac Newton. Find out about theses names and their link to the area. Famous places : Westminster Abbey, Lambeth Palace, St Thomas' Hospital, The Tower of London. Find out about the mathematical connections. Format of contributions for the proceedings Contributions should be between 2000 and 5000 words and should be presented in Word using A4 paper with 3 cm margins and using Times New Roman 12 point font. Each contribution should include the title, author's name, institution and brief abstract. Authors should also include full postal address, email address and a short biographical note (less than 50 words). Avoid the use of footnotes. References should be in the APA style.
